Our Family
The Hawkins & Davis families have a deep, rich history throughout the United States and especially in western Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our roots are strong in Amherst, MA with our ancestors owning land and property dating back to the 1800s. Let's all go home for this year's reunion to unite as a family and pay homage to those who laid the foundation.

The 2018 Family Reunion was just phenomenal! It was filled with plenty of love,
laughter, and good ole fun. We can't wait to see you all again and hope that you have a
wonderful, healthy and prosperous remainder of the year.

The Event
Friday
MEET AND GREET
Welcome to the reunion! This evening is all about getting to know everyone. Plan to attend the family meet & greet from 6:00-8:00 pm at the MVP Pub located inside the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel.
Saturday
This will be an action packed day!
FAMILY HISTORY TOUR
At 9:00 am, put on your official reunion t-shirt and join the family tour of Amherst. On the tour we will explore our family's history by visiting several important sites that include the homes of our ancestors, and cemetary visit and beautification. The tour will end with a fun family lunch at an Mill River Park in Amherst.
FORMAL DINNER AND DANCE
Satuday night is all about celebrating our family! At 6:00 pm, we will have a formal dinner banquet and evening of dancing at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place. Please bring framed photographs of family members who are no longer with us, as they will be placed at the center of the tables for everyone to share memories (you will take your photo home with you). Attire is "dress to impress", with black tie welcomed but not required.
Sunday
WORSHIP SERVICE & SO-LONGS
Please join us for worship service at Goodwin Memorial AME Zion Church in Amherst, MA or plan to attend service at the place of worship of your choice and return to the hotel to say your so-longs.
